Subscription terms, in plain language.

01Subscription & billing
Services are provided on a monthly subscription. Billing occurs at the start of each monthly period via Stripe. Subscriptions begin only when you actively opt in — creating an account does not start a subscription or a charge.
02Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid month. There are no lock-in periods, minimum terms, or cancellation fees.
03Request queue & capacity
Each tier defines a number of concurrent active requests (Essentials: 1, Growth: 2, Elite: highest priority). Additional requests enter your queue and are worked in order. Total client capacity is limited to five active subscriptions; this cap exists to protect response times and quality for every client.
04Exclusivity & loyalty
For Elite subscriptions (and Growth, where agreed in writing), I will not accept work from your direct competitors within your niche and geographic region for the duration of your subscription. The definition of "direct competitor, niche and region" is set out in your signed agreement.
05Confidentiality & NDA
A non-disclosure agreement is available on request at no cost. Case studies and portfolio entries are anonymized by default; your name, brand, or results are published only with your written permission.
06Scope & exclusions
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the following are out of scope and billed separately or provided by you: hosting costs, paid plugin or software licenses, and copywriting.
07Ownership
You retain full ownership of all final deliverables produced under your subscription, including code, designs, and content, effective upon delivery.
08Waitlist
When capacity is full, prospective clients may join a waitlist by submitting an email address and brief note. Waitlist members receive a discount code for their first month and an automated notification when a slot opens. Waitlist position is honored in order of joining.
