On the Elite tier I contractually refuse work from your direct competitors in your niche and region. Your investment in your web operation shouldn't end up training your competition. And because several clients prefer discretion, NDAs are standard practice — it's why the case studies on this site are anonymized.

You subscribe monthly and cancel anytime — no lock-in, because retention should be earned by the work, not the contract. You submit requests through your dashboard or just reach out directly; they enter your tier's queue and get done, with the status visible the whole way. That's the entire process. No discovery-phase theater, no change-request forms in triplicate.
