01Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Dževad Tahirović, sole trader (živnostník) registered in the Slovak Trade Register, registration no. 250-48028, IČO 53958993. For any privacy question or request, contact: office@tahirovicdzevad.net.

02What data is collected, and why

Contact and booking forms: name, email address, business name (optional), and the message you write. Used solely to reply to your enquiry and arrange the call or quote you requested. Legal basis: taking steps prior to entering a contract, and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Waitlist: email address and an optional note. Used to send your discount code and notify you when a slot opens. Legal basis: your consent, given when joining the waitlist.

Client accounts: name, email, business name, password (stored only as a secure hash — never readable), your task requests and messages. Used to provide the subscription service you signed up for. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch this website's servers. Stripe shares with us only what is needed to manage your subscription (e.g. subscription status). See Stripe's privacy policy for their processing.

Technical data: server logs and a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the application. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

03Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies set are strictly necessary session cookies, created when you log in to the client dashboard, and they expire when your session ends. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.

04Who your data is shared with

Hosting: the site and database are hosted by Hostinger (EU data centers). Payments: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. No data is sold or shared with advertisers — the contact form says "no newsletters, no drip campaigns" and this policy is the legal version of that promise.

05How long data is kept

Enquiries and leads: up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Waitlist entries: until you convert, ask to be removed, or 12 months of inactivity. Client account data: for the duration of the contract and as required by accounting law afterwards. You can request deletion at any time (see your rights below).

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request: access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time. Send any request to office@tahirovicdzevad.net — you'll get a reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov).

07Security

Security is this business's core promise, and it applies to your data first: HTTPS everywhere, passwords stored as strong one-way hashes, prepared statements against injection, rate limiting, least-privilege access to integrated services, and hardened, monitored infrastructure.
